Summer Bucket List
Summer is fast approaching - as is the end of my degree, thank god - and I am starting to think about the things I want to do. Unlike last year where I spent every waking second at work, I am taking it slightly easier this year. I have a holiday, a trip to a theme park (or two...), and some day trips planned; plus my obvious trips back down to Plymouth.
I thought there would be nothing better to do to get myself in the mood for summer, and distract (procrastinate) from exam stress than to make a bucket list of the things I want to do this summer.
1. Lose weight
I say this as I am sat here munching my way through a pack of Hula Hoops. I have sort of neglected my body over the last few years and put on rather a lot of weight, so I think this is about the time I sort that out. I plan on going to the gym several times a week, and cutting all the crap *echem, hula hoops* from my diet.
2. Take more photos
I used to take photos of everything, but as soon as I gave up drinking I sort of stopped. I got myself a new camera at the end of last year (mainly in relation to number 7), so hopefully I can put that to more use this summer.
3. Go on more walks
I really enjoy going on walks, exploring new areas, and slowly getting lost in fields. Unfortunately for me, my dog is rather stubborn and doesn't particularly like to walk very far so I don't have the luxury of taking her on longer walks. Maybe I should borrow someone else's proper dogs?...
4. Smile more
The last 6 or so months have been complete hell, and I have found myself on a daily basis being incredibly miserable. Luckily, I have been able to escape back home for job interviews (although I have been rejected on all of them - more of that in a later post). I may actually post about all that in a later post because I think I could share some pretty good advice. But I am hoping being back home in a happier environment, with people who don't hate me, and be somewhere where I am not actually scared to leave my room. Oh, and also having my dog around will be much better for me.
5. Blog more
I have sort of rejected you guys for a little while because of deadlines, dissertations, and now exams. Now that I don't have any of that rubbish (almost) to deal with, I can spend more time blogging and doing things I want to do! That also may mean more rants - possibly another airport/flying themed one in September!
6. Save some money
I am hoping to move out in the next couple of years, so I am hoping to save a significant amount of money towards that. I also owe my parents a rather large chunk of money because I borrowed some to buy a new car - whoops. But it will be nice to treat myself to some new clothes and treats once I have lost a little weight, too.
7. Vlog in Disney
Yes, you read that right. I am hoping to add a little video element to this blog! Panic not, I shan't be turning into a YouTuber; mainly because I don't really have enough confidence to spend all my time in front of a camera. I am hoping to do more of a series of montage-y videos so that I don't have to bore you with my voice! I am in Disney World and Universal Studios etc. for 2 weeks at the end of August, so look out for those coming out around the middle of September.
8. Drink more coffee...yes, seriously
If you follow me on Instagram (shameless self-plug) you will be all too aware that I drink a lot of coffee. But I want to go for coffee more with friends and family, rather than on my own.
9. Keep in touch with some university friends
There are a select few friends I will put all my effort in to keeping in touch with. Luckily for me, a few of them live quite close so I can drive/get the train to see them reasonably often. Maybe I could do some awesome stuff with them to vlog/blog about?!
So there we have it, 9 things I really want to do in summer. Knowing me most of these will probably just start in summer rather than be completed...but it's the thought that counts!
Tell me in the comments below what do you want to do this summer?
Thank you for reading, and I will see you next time!

Top 3 Travel Bucket List | Competition
I am suffering from severe wanderlust at the moment, and I won't be able to satisfy that until the end of August - gah.
I love, love, love travelling, but I haven't had the opportunity to do much exploring yet. So I thought I would share with you my top 3 places I would like to visit and explore!
1. Tokyo, Japan
Everything about Tokyo entices me. I love Japanese culture, and I am a big fan of Anime. I've watched so many vlogs on YouTube where people visit Tokyo, and I am dying to go. I want to see the differences in cultures, experience some of the crazy attractions, taste the food, and visit the Ghibli museum. I will go there in the next few years.
2. South Africa
I've always wanted to visit anywhere in South Africa, but Ben Brown on YouTube is really fuelling this. I really want to visit Cape Town - it has amazing beaches, and loads of really good coffee shops by the looks of things. But I also want to see all the wildlife, and visit Kruger National Park. Going on safari is on my lifetime bucket list, so I really want to tick that off. I also would loooove to visit the Cango Caves, where you can do an adventure tour!
3. Siem Reap, Cambodia
Siem Reap is home to the ruins of the Angkor temples, which literally scream exploration. It also is so close to the main parts of Cambodia which are the best places to go travelling. Typical backpacking destination, but it looks incredible!
Do you want to go travelling? Or maybe you have a bad case of wanderlust just like me.
Well I may have the answer for you....you can enter this competition by Transun to win a trip for you and one person to see the Northern Lights.
All you have to do is write your top 3 places you want to visit and tweet them @Transun with #TransunLights to be in with a chance of winning this amazing trip!

The Tea Monologues | Part 1
Well. Where do I start?
You know, it took me over an hour to decide on what to call this post. To be perfectly frank, I can see myself changing it yet again before I am happy with it.
I feel like it has been a while since I have let my guard down on my blog. I've been so caught up in university work that I have forgotten to leave time for my mind.
It's been one of those times. The ones where you don't really want to talk to anyone, but you feel like you might explode if you don't. Know those feelings?
I recently invested in a "Line a Day Diary". A five year journal giving me approximately 20 words (handwriting size dependent) on how my day has been, what I have been feeling, what I have been doing. Not so surprisingly the word "procrastination", or forms of it, seem to scatter the last...26 pages.
I really need to work on my procrastination.
Right now I am feeling a bit shit. As I look over to my wall and see my planner hanging there, all smug with its complete fullness of dates, meetings, deadlines, and placement days. I am starting to realise how busy I am going to be. There are little dots scattered, annoyingly very close together, showing me when I should be doing things. It is now I have discovered that I have only 1 free day a week. A Saturday. Of which will be spent in bed, not moving, and probably snoring.
So I have a little under four months left at university. Four months. Shit.
I am starting to enter that little pre-existential crisis phase again. I am feeling very anxious, permanently a little sick, and very jittery.
It is dawning on me that this time in a year, or even 6 months, I could be anywhere doing anything.
But what I will be doing is bugging me.
There is a little voice in my head telling me to put myself out there, apply for everything. Then there is the louder, more strong voice reminding me of how scared of rejection and failure I am.
I found myself putting together a (not so) little Travel Bucket List, seemingly out of comfort - or procrastination, depending on how you choose to look at it. Do I want to travel? Yes. Can I afford to travel? No. Dammit, student loan.
Maybe I will wait a little longer to decide on my fate for the next few years.
I have been finding comfort, and possibly slight procrastination and admiration, in Will Darbyshire's YouTube Channel (of which I have linked, take a look). It appears we think in a similar manner; he just has the confidence to film his thoughts, whereas I babble on here.
This leads me to you. How are you? What have you been doing? Looking very lovely today!
Tell me, what is your main goal in life?

Yes, I have a Frozen Starbucks mug. Don't judge me. No, it is not coffee (for once), but tea. Hence the title. Get it? Ayyyyy.

Life advice part two
A few months ago I shared with you a few snippets of things that I thought were good advice for any struggling teenager at the moment. Since then, a lot has happened, and I have had to endure a really bad few days. I was feeling extremely shit about myself, blaming myself for something that has happened although it wasn't my fault, and I haven't eaten properly in a few days. It hasn't properly hit me until now, and I'm genuinely having a bit of a breakdown here!
I then decided to do something I have never done before, and that was to reach out to my mother. For anyone who knows me, you will know that this is a big deal for me as I never reach out to anyone, especially my mother. This forms part one of my life advice for you. I have not been one to reach out to anyone, ever. I do not take advice, and I do not listen to people even when I know they are right. After this incident, which I will not mention simply due to the fact that I am still angry over it, I think I am starting to learn my lesson. I actually have opened up to people and admitted that I should have listened. So this is piece one of advice for you. Do not be afraid to open up to people. If, like me, you have a problem opening up for whatever reason, then work on it. It has taken me 20 years, but I think I am finally starting to make a change to how I am. Especially with my mum. I very much doubt whether my mum would agree with the fact I think I have changed, but I do see it in myself in little things. But that is just matter of opinion.
My mum sent me a link to a YouTube video (which you can view here) which issued some extremely good advice. The video itself was taken from an article written in 1997 by Mary Schmich (you can view it here). I think this really offered something that reached out to me - which is again saying something because I am absolutely shit at admitting that I need help. So I am going to base my advice on this article as I don't think I could have given anything better. If this helps me, then I am damn sure it will help you.
Disclaimer: anything written in italics after this notice is of quote of the author (Mary Schmich) and not of the author of this article. Thus, anything other than this is of opinion of the author.
The first part of her article says this:

Disclaimer: anything written in italics after this notice is of quote of the author (Mary Schmich) and not of the author of this article. Thus, anything other than this is of opinion of the author.
The first part of her article says this:
"“Enjoy the power and beauty of
your youth. In 20 years, you’ll look back at photos of yourself and recall in a
way you can’t quite grasp now how much possibility lay before you and how
fabulous you really looked. You are not as fat as you imagine”
"Do not read beauty magazines. They will only make you feel ugly."
This I think applies to a lot of teenage girls, and girls around my age. I think that a lot of girls these days have the mentality that they need to look perfect and airbrushed. I have come to accept the fact that absolutely no one is perfect. I mean NO ONE. You may think all these models are perfect or whatever, but you look behind the Photoshop and the airbrushing and the makeup, and they are just normal people like you and I. My advice to you based on this is not to get caught up in all the media attention on this ideology of "perfection" because that only exists in a fantasy world. Go enjoy a million Nandos, go snack on a fucking doughnut. Who cares?! I would much rather be happy enjoying a meal than eating fucking rabbit food. Would you not? Life is far too short to try and iron out every single imperfection.
“Don’t worry about the future. Or worry, but know that worrying is as effective as trying to solve an algebra equation by chewing bubble gum”
For any of you who has the ultimate joy of knowing me, you will know that this is a very weird piece of advice for me to be giving you. To be honest, this is a hypocritical thing for me to even be saying, but hey ho (in case you're wondering, I am the biggest worrier about the rest of my life). That statement is so accurately true that it is kind of scary. Worrying about things that you don't even know will, or will not, happen is probably the most pointless thing you can do in life. There is no point in worrying about something that is above and beyond your control. I should probably start listening to my own advice, shouldn't I?
"Don't be reckless with other people's hearts. Don't put up with people who are reckless with yours."
This is probably the most valuable piece of advice I took from this entire thing. Having recently had my heart completely fucked about with, it really hit me. I wish I had been given this advice sooner. It would have saved me a lot of pain and heartbreak, I tell you that. Now, ladies, listen to this advice. No matter how much you may think someone means to you, or you to them, as soon as they fuck up once, get out. I do not mean this in a harsh way at all, but once something is broken it cannot be fixed. You may think you can stitch everything back together, but after a while cracks begin to show. If someone is fucking you about then they don't care about you as much as they say. Remember: you can't teach an old dog new tricks.
"Get plenty of calcium. Be kind to your knees. You'll miss them when they're gone."
Just so everything isn't so fucking heavy. Drink milk. Lots of it.
"Get to know your parents. You never know when they'll be gone for good. Be nice to your siblings. They're your best link to your past and the people most likely to stick with you in the future."
If you take away anything from this amazingly long ramble, then take away this. Your parents are not going to be there forever. Seriously make the most of them whilst they're there. I have friends who no longer have both parents, and it really makes you think. I know when you're a teenager you say you "hate" your parents and that you wish your friends parents were yours, bla bla bla. I am just coming out of that phase now and I am starting to see what a fucking idiot I used to be. I never treated my parents the way they deserved to be, especially my mum, and that is something I will regret until the day I die. However, I can now begin to make amends. If you are a reading this thinking it is all a load of shit, then I bet that you're a teenager. Take it from me, I was the world's worst teenager, and I am telling you. You definitely appreciate them more when you move out and have to be independent. So listen.
"Understand that friends come and go, but with a precious few you should hold on. Work hard to bridge the gaps in geography and lifestyle, because the older you get, the more you need the people who knew you when you were young."
This is something I wholeheartedly stand by, and I will for a very long time. Out of everyone who I have been friends with throughout secondary school, I have had one friend who has been there for almost 20 years now (hi, Laura, if you read this) and I probably owe a lot to her. But then you have the friends who you might not have known for many years, such as my university friends, who you feel like you've known a lifetime. Then you also have the school friends who stick by you no matter what, too. I am lucky enough to have a few extremely close friends, you know who you are, which has been proved to me recently. But just always make the effort with people.
"Be careful whose advice you buy, but be patient with those who supply it."
This is the advice I am going to leave you with - advice on advice. Not many people these days are willing to give out advice, so seriously listen when people take the time to do so. At the time it may seem like they're just being a pain in the ass, or they have taken a particular dislike to someone, but 99% of the time they're going to be right. They only have your best interests at heart, you know.
As always, thank you for reading and I will speak to you next time!
Toodle-oo!
Also want to do a quick special mention to the people who have put up with my tears and tantrums over the last few days: Vikki, Josh, James, Daisy and Milky who have been the main people the last few days and have even managed to cheer me up. Also to my mum who has put up with me for 20 years and not killed me yet. So much love for them. So this post is dedicated to you guys.

My life in letters
Hello there, buddies.
Well I was browsing YouTube last night, like ya' do, and came across a video by Alex Day called Life in Letters and thought that it might be a good idea for me to do a post based on this video!
I had a similar post planned to do in November, but I may as well do it now - once I have got the idea in my head, it just has to happen.
The life in letters thing is basically going through the alphabet and picking one or two (I have three for one) words beginning with that letter that represent your life.
Some of the ones I picked will probably make you roll your eyes as you know them pretty well already, but I am sorry...I am a simple person.
Oh, hand update: the burn is still painful today. I have a lovely purple shade of skin now which is cool...not. The mark where my ring was burned to my hand is also very obvious now. Luckily (not so lucky) my shift at work was cancelled today because of the weather so it is likely that my hand will be considerably better for tomorrow.
Weird ramble over, here we go!
A is for...Anime
As you might already know, I love anime. I have always loved things like "Howl's Moving Castle" (which you should watch if you haven't) but I have had friends that have introduced me to television series and other films, too. They are generally pretty good, if not slightly weird, but you should definitely watch some. I might do an anime related post soon.
B is for...Blogging
You probably all know that my blog is basically my life. I share everything with you guys, and I love to do it. I spend hours planning and organising posts, then writing them up and promoting them to the right people. Just hope you guys love reading it as much as I love writing it.
C is for...Crazy
My life is pretty crazy and hectic at the moment. I have a lot of things going on all at once and it is difficult to keep up with them all! I am also a slightly crazy person as many people might tell you, so I think this applies.
C is also for...CrimSoc
CrimSoc is the society related to my university course, and something I was heavily involved in last year at uni. I am lucky enough to be the Social Secretary this year so I get to plan loads of nights out and events which is so awesome.
D is for...Dog
I love my dog, Macey. She is a Tibetan Terrier and is the funniest thing in the entire world. You can read more about her in my Things My Dog Thinks post.
E is for...Excellent
I would say that my life is pretty excellent right now. I don't think I can really think of anything I could say is bad with it at the moment. If you would have asked me this last year I probably would have used a different word for 'E' and I think I have uni and my friends to thank for that.
F is for...Friends
I have got the most amazing little group of friends I think anyone could ask for. Most of them are from uni, but there are a couple from home who have stuck by me for so long, especially Laura who I have known pretty much all my life. My uni friends are just awesome, and put up with my drunken ass (although I have to deal with theirs, too), and we have made some cool plans for after uni and whatnot! So thank you, guys.
F is also for...Finding Nemo
I am probably the biggest Finding Nemo fan you will ever meet in your entire life. I have so many Nemo plush toys on my bed that there is no room left for me. I just think it is the best film in existence. My parents went on holiday and got me several little Nemo related things. I know the entire film off by heart, and I have seen Finding Nemo - The Musical in Walt Disney World so many times I know all the songs.
G is for...Ghibli
Studui Ghibli is an anime company who make awesome films such as "My Neighbour Totoro", "Howl's Moving Castle", "Spirited Away" and "Princess Mononoke" to name my favourites! If you follow me on Twitter you will see that I am ever so slightly obsessed with them, especially Totoro who is the cutest thing ever. So hop on over to the Studio Ghibli Wikipedia page where you can find a list of all their films and series shows and get watching!
H is for...Harry Potter
I am, and forever will be, a Potterhead. +James had the pleasure of watching a Harry Potter film with myself and Vikki and enjoyed the fact that we can quote the entire thing. I think my dedication shows in my post I did about Harry Potter...Slightly obsessed.
I is for...Internet
I think it is safe to say my entire life is on the internet, or revolves around it. My blog, Twitter, Tumblr, YouTube, everything is on here.
J is for...Jacksgap.com
Jacksgap.com is a website made by Jack and Finn Harries, otherwise known as Jacksgap on YouTube, and is a fairly recent development. It is so awesome and I think I must go on it every single day. There is something on there for absolutely everyone. If you haven't yet visited the site, click on the link in the top line and you can head on over there and check it out.
K is for...Kiss fm
Kiss fm is a radio channel with such a large variety of music on it, and I just love it. It is the only channel I have programmed in to the radio app on my phone and I listen to it everywhere. The only problem is, I can't tune it in to my car.
L is for...Little things
Shockingly I am not talking about the One Direction song, although that could count...I mean, I love the little things in life. An example of this is postcards. I have a small (large) collection of postcards that I just pick up from any place I go. I even have postcards from Plymouth and I live there. Other little things in life can just cheer me up pretty much instantly.
M is for...Movies
I love movies and films, and my DVD collection is over 200 strong. I could sit and watch films pretty much all day if you ask me. Especially if I find a film that has a bit of everything in it. I am not a big romance person, and much prefer a comedy or animated film compared to those slushy fucking annoying films.
M is also for...Marvel
I am a bit of a Marvel freak...My all time favourite is Spiderman. I sort of freaked out when I went to Universal Studios in Florida for the first time about 8 years ago and met Spiderman. He is my favourite. Spiderman forever. I also saw the Avengers film in the cinema about 5 times...oops.
N is for...Notes
I like to make notes on everything. I like post it notes, reminder notes, planning notes, the lot. I have so many notebooks I could open a shop and sell them all. I have gone through like two notebooks now just for this blog, which has only been open for 2 months. How sad is that?
N is also for...Nandos
Bet you thought I wasn't going to put it in there....nope. I am such a Nandos addict. I drove 40 minutes to get to a Nandos once because there isn't one in my home town. I have also made dinner plans on the day I get back to uni to go to Nandos. I have about 3 different Nandos products in my fridge, and I put the sauce with almost everything. Nandos, give me a job.
O is for...Open
I think as a rule I am very open about my opinions on things, and if I have a problem with someone or something then I will make sure that I don't bitch about it behind their back. I genuinely hate it when people write bitchy or snide comments about someone or something on things like Twitter or Facebook instead of telling the person. Now I know we have all done it, but it is just sad I think.
P is for Plymouth
Plymouth is where I consider home at the moment. I go to uni there and love it. It's such a lush city and everything is within walking distance from everything else. The sea is like a 5 minute walk from the city center and gah it is just lush. I love living there!
Q is for...Quirky
I think I get described as quirky quite a lot simply because of my mannerisms. I am a very strange person, basically.
R is for...Radio 1
Oh look, another radio channel. Radio One is also pretty cool, especially on a Sunday at 7-9pm....hint hint. I also love Nick Grimshaw!
S is for...Sarcasm
I am pretty sarcastic and I think I am more fluent in sarcasm than any other language I speak.
T is for...Travelling
I love travelling and being on the road or in a plane, basically just going anywhere. I don't travel as much as I would like to at the moment because of money restrictions and whatnot, but I have so many travelling plans after I graduate so I can't wait for those!
U is for...University
The main bulk of my life at the moment revolves around university, so this had to be in there.
V is for...Vikki
Vikki has been mentioned in several of my posts over the last couple of months. If you are a new reader, Vikki is my best buddy! She is currently in Italy on holiday with her family so I am sending her constant email updates (although haven't done one in so long) about the happenings of the Internet. Love her lots.
W is for...Weird
I am weird. That is all.
W is also for...Walt Disney
I am a die hard Disney fan, and have so much love for Walt Disney himself. He is the main creator of everything that has made me who I am, from Disney movies to TV shows, to the theme parks. I think I have him to thank for a lot of things.
X is for...X's
These aren't kisses before you think that. I do something called "don't break the chain" which is basically a time management and motivational thing basically. I know a lot of people use this technique to get things done that they work on. Basically it is where you dedicate a certain amount of time per day to doing the thing you need to do, in my case blogging, and then cross of the day on a calendar or chart. The idea is that you do something every day so you don't break the chain of crosses. It is so effective, so when you think I am being lazy and not posting, I am still working on blog things!
Y is for...YouTube
I think this is an obvious one, but I have always loved YouTube and the YouTubers I watch just make me feel so much better. That sounds sad...but they are like friends!
Z is for...Zigzags
I have a bit of a thing about zigzags and I find myself doodling them all the time or decorating things with them.
Ok so that is my life in letters. Now you know a little bit more about me, too!

As always thank you for reading and I will speak to you tomorrow!
Toodle-oo!

The life of an internet addict
Hello there, buddies!
So I am a bit behind with writing this post...I actually planned it this morning, then I got carried away with doing everything under the sun apart from blogging. So here I am now, watching Harry Potter and writing...this could go terribly wrong - you could get the odd HP character reference or quote chucked in here and there.
I also need to apologise for the lack of my normal daily posts that I do. I started my new job a week or so back, so I don't have as much time to work on these as I used to, but we will be back to normal daily posts by September, I promise. So stick in there!
As you all probably know by now, I am a teeny tiny bit of an internet addict...OK, a massive internet addict.
Jim Chapman did a video yesterday (or today, I can't remember) about the fact he is addicted to the internet, and I have had this post planned for about two months, so I thought it might be about time I sat down and actually wrote it.
We will be talking about the things I do, and I expect you do, that sort of prove the addiction to the internet.
If you do any of these things, then you are addicted.
I saw on Tumblr this morning that in 2015 they are making internet addiction a classified mental illness...so see you in rehab, guys.
And without further ado, here we go!
My list of things that prove you are an internet addict:

If you do any of these things, then you are addicted.
I saw on Tumblr this morning that in 2015 they are making internet addiction a classified mental illness...so see you in rehab, guys.
And without further ado, here we go!
My list of things that prove you are an internet addict:
- Google is the answer to everythingThis is my answer to any question I ever get asked. I look at them like "just Google it" and they are like "ok, freak".
- Wikipedia is a reliable source of informationI don't understand why people think that is isn't reliable, I mean like it isn't as if anyone can hack in and write what they want. What did you say?...They can?....Oh...
- You use Tumblr GIFs in general conversation and as reactions"Raise your hand if you do this" *slyly raises hand*. This happens. Mainly with Danisnotonfire GIFs 'cause they definitely apply to every day situations most the time...
- The word "hashtag" has become general vocabulary for youGuilty again....I use the word hashtag in general conversation and I am shocked someone has not stabbed me because of it yet.
- YouTubers you have never met seem like your best friendsI feel like all the YouTubers I watch would be such good friends in real life. Is that sad? Yes, probably. Oh well.
- Twitter is constantly on in the backgroundYep, I always have my Twitter open somewhere where I can access it. I have even stopped midway through doing something important to check it. I even have it on in the background right now...and I am stopping every now and again to reply to a conversation with one of my readers!
- "Enough internet for today" *turns laptop off then resorts to iPhone 5 minutes later*I am guilty of this every single night. Turn off my laptop, and jump straight on my phone.
- Fanfic no longer scares youIf there comes a point where you are no longer shocked by smut fanfics, then come join me in rehab!
- You start to wonder what the fuck that big yellow ball of light is in the skyWhat is outside? It buuurrnnnssssss!
- Home is where the wifi connects automaticallyAlthough this is strictly true, my wifi connects automatically at a few of my friends houses, too...
- You struggle to live without the internetWell.....duh.
- When the internet is down, you consider the idea your life is overI had no internet for like a day and I used up all of my month's worth of 3G by using it as a hot spot for my laptop....
- What are humans? There are apparently things in the world called people? I am not sure what that means? Like people actually meet up? Weird.
- You start off watching normal things on YouTube, then find yourself watching videos of talking porcupines and parrots singing Gangnam StyleThis was me the other night.....I now love porcupines.
- You have a Tumblr accountGuilty as charged.
- You frequently use said Tumblr accountPleading guilty for a second time.
- You have started to absolutely adore catsIf you do not look at, reblog or frequently see images of cats then you do not spend long enough on the internet.
- You take your laptop/phone to the bathroomYep, this happens. More frequently than I like to admit.
- You have developed more of an emotional attachment to fictional people than the people you actually have in your lifeSEVERUS SNAPE FOREVER.
- You get told to "get a life" but respond by pointing to your laptop and stating that it is thereThis happened the other day. My dad told me I should get off the internet and go get a life, so I pointed to my laptop and proceeded to explain that I have a life...My mum also told me to get some sunlight, so I just opened the curtains. Trolling.
- You have a blogHell yes!
- Losing a Twitter follower seems like the end of the worldI lost a follower the other day and I got really upset. I am so lame.
- Gaining a new Twitter follower deserves a bottle of champagneNo joke, this should be a thing.
- You schedule your life around live internet shows and streaming opportunitiesMy examples...YouNow live shows and Dan and Phil's Radio One show on Sunday night at 7pm....
- You know the name of every memeI shit you not, this is so beyond true.
- You're aware that internet addiction disorder is a real thing - and you don't careI will be an active member of rehab if this does get recognised as a mental disorder. See you there, lovelies.
- You are an active member of several fandomsMy Tumblr dashboard basically shows I am a member of about 294937402 fandoms...
- Tumblr-isms are second nature to youToo right. The epic feels when I read a smutty fanfic about my OTP....I can't.
- Your browsing position has been completely perfectedAlthough my browsing position looks uncomfortable, it is considerably comfier than anything else.
- Sometimes you start sentences with "I saw this on Tumblr/Twitter the other day..."This happens more when I am talking to Vikki, who is a fellow internet addict like myself, as she will know what I am on about....I am trying to teach my Grandma about Tumblr and whatnot, but it isn't working....
- 3am means dinner timeAlthough this is also a result of the student lifestyle....
- Slow internet makes you freak outIf my internet is slow for more than like half an hour, I will be in a bad mood for the rest of the day...
- Your bookmarks page takes hours to scroll throughI currently have like over 100 bookmarks on my laptop...I really need to sort that shit out...
- "1% battery" causes you to have a heart attack and makes you run faster than an Olympic sprinterThis is the worst feeling ever. If you have ever got to the point where it says that then you will know the crazy mad dash you do from your browsing position to your charger to plug it in before everything dies and you are stuck with no internet for like 5 minutes....
If you are thinking "I do that" then congratulations, you are as addicted to the internet as I am! High five!
To be honest, whether internet addiction becomes a mental disorder or not, I still won't change....and I will not be getting sent to rehab (queue Amy Winehouse music).
I hope you enjoyed reading this! Tell me in the comments below if you do any of the things I mentioned, or even add your own if there are any you do that I don't! I want to hear aaallll about it!
If you enjoyed this post and want to see more of me then click "Join This Site" on the top left of the page!
Also, if you have any suggestions for things you would like me to write about, then do tell me! You can either tweet me, or comment with them below!

Ramblings of a Rambler
Hello there, buddies.
Well I was unsure at first as to whether I was actually going to post anything today for a start because my mind has been completely blank for the last few days apart from my "inappropriate life rant part two" post (which you can read by clicking back there).
So I thought I would just ramble on about general things that come in to my mind as I type....This will probably turn in to a rambly rant....Yup, new word. *adds to laptop dictionary*
I don't think I have a good sense of humour at the moment (sorry) so I am unsure what turn this might take. For all we know I could be going on about something I saw on Tumblr....Now I have written the word "Tumblr" I think I am going to kick this off with talking about fanfiction.
For all of you who are avid Tumblr users like myself, you will probably have stumbled across fanfic at some point. For all of your who have never stumbled across it, keep your sanity! I have read so much shit that is just so....disturbing is the only word I can think of...yet I can never seem to stop reading...Fanfic, why you do this to me?! There are various different types of fanfic on Tumblr, and you may have read them about the central person in your fandom (mine being Danisnotonfire and Amazingphil). Yet no matter which fanfic you read, the main subject seems to involve sex. No lie, 90% of Tumblr is sex or porn. Now I am slightly worried as I know various people on my Facebook read my blog and are probably like "holy shit, what kind of fucked up person do I know?!". I assure you, my Tumblr is used mainly for stalking YouTubers, and not for stalking porn. Anyways, I have read some fucked up shit about Dan and Phil (aka "Phan") like OMG you would not believe. The best bit is that I think the majority of Dan and Phil's fanbase are like 13 year old girls. I am not sure whether to be disturbed that they are writing about this sort of thing, or admire the fact they have some crazy imaginations and the patience to write a 36 chapter fic....The mind boggles.
As a bit of a side note....the government needs to find a way of making the price of petrol considerably cheaper.
As I am writing this, I am staring at a wall in my room full of so much random shit it is unreal. I have my You Me At Six posters, a gorgeous post of Tom Daley, my Duke of Edinburgh award, my Welsh flag, a mass of autographs and my world map that I drew a while back...so I am going to talk a little bit about these for a while. Hope you don't mind.
So You Me At Six have been a band I like for a few years now, and if you haven't listened to their music you best go do it now. Listen to the album "Sinners Never Sleep" which is their most recent one. Track one is the best, along with "Bite My Tongue" (such a good song). Josh Franceschi should marry me for that shit. I have been lucky enough to see them twice so far. I saw them once up in Birmingham like 2 years ago where they did an album signing and then a live set which was a bit of a pleasant surprise because we didn't know they were doing that. So I have a signed album stuck up on my wall! Then again at one of the Olympic Torch things in Cardiff where Kids in Glass Houses and Emeli Sande perfomed, too. So I have loooooved that. But go to YouTube and search for them - they are awesome.
Not sure I need to say much about Tom Daley. He is just sex on legs. He also lives in Plymouth like me, so I have had the pleasure of bumping in to him on several occasions. I will put a pic below so you can see. I bump in to him quite a bit on nights out, and have met his mum once (totally in there now, you see). He is such a lovely guy, and didn't mind having his picture taken with me despite being out with his friends and being surrounded by screaming girls (I was not one of them!). He also has a nice bum.
Ermmmmm, ah yes, map. So as you know I am hoping to travel the world after university. Then I got all depressed because it will cost like £10 000 which sucks. But now I have a considerably better and well-paid job that I can come back to during the summer, so travelling has become an option again! So you can imagine I am a happy bunny. Although travelling the world is still off the menu for now, I can afford to travel Australia for about 4 or so months, which is so awesome! So if you live in Australia write in the comments where you think I need to go! Also, maybe I can meet some of you guys?
This (sort of) brings me on to YouTube...as you all know, I love YouTube, and I have been saying for ages that I will sort my channel out properly. Well I have good news! I am going to start shooting my videos in September (ish)! So hopefully I will turn some of these posts in to videos, and do some of the typical YouTube challenges, too. So let me know in the comments what sort of things you want me to do! I would do an "Ask Lovely Chubly" but I am not popular enough to do that *sniff sniff*. I have also roped some of my housemates in to do some videos, too, so you will finally get to meet them properly!
Also, Vikki is currently like half way through her holiday over in Italy where she is staying with her family, so I am feeling abandoned at the moment. I am sending her (almost) daily updates with all the YouTube links in them so she never misses out! I am such a good friend.
I have also managed to get more Pepsi Max in my system, so hopefully I will get myself back to normal soon. I was starting to go a bit funny without it. Stupid addiction.
Finally, I am going to be back in Plymouth on September 10 so I will be back to posting daily! You will also get to hear about all the crazy and stupid things I do in Freshers week. Yes, I am making sure I am back in time to go mental with the Freshers again! Prepare for me to be making a fool out of myself on a daily basis considering last Freshers and first term I think I ended up painting myself about 5 different colours....Anything for a good night out, eh? Also, if you want more posts about my university life then do let me know because I am not sure whether it is something you want to read about.
Long story short, I am looking forward to being back with my Plym-fam as they are called; I am missing them lots. They keep me sane (ish). So I am counting down seconds now until I am back there! I have even arranged my first night out (September 10) with Louise where I will get my typical dose of Nandos goodness! Stop shaking your head at me, you know how much I love Nandos. (Nandos, if you are reading this - free food?! :D )
I am also trying to think of a name for all of you lovely readers as most bloggers have a name for them. Someone suggested "Chubblies" but I think that sounds a bit harsh....comment below some suggestions if you have any.
So that is my post for today...I am not sure what to make of it to be perfectly honest with you. But you already know what my brain is like.
If you enjoyed this post don't forget to click "Join This Site" over on the top left for more posts by me!
That is all for now, peeps.

You Me At Six - I would post a picture of my album but I can't find the picture I took and my internet is too slow for me to upload a new one.
The gorgeous Tom and I. This was taken in Oceana in Plymouth back in September last year, so I no longer look this awful!
Erm, not much to say about my DofE award apart from the fact that I did a lot of work for it, and went camping (ergh) and also discovered I am really badly allergic to ant bites. So that was a lot of fun.
Ah, my wall of autographs. Now I bet you are thinking that I have a load of celebrity autographs on my wall. Well I don't. I think I have like 4 well known celebrity autographs. Those are Tom's, Nicola from Girls Aloud, Julian Clary (I know his dad) and I have another one but I can't think who it is....The rest are Disney characters. I shit you not....Well that and characters I spotted around Universal Studios. As you can tell, I am a child at heart. Before you ask, yes I have Mickey Mouse's autograph.

So here are a few facts about Jordan:
- He is 18 years old
- He is hoping to go to university in September
- I think he might be more addicted to Twitter than I am
- His YouTube videos are pretty awesome
- Jordan might be as bad at drawing as I am (sorry :P)
- You should tweet him and tell him to do a video about me because I am awesome
So I have run out of facts....oops.
Jordan's YouTube channel has similar things to my blog so I am pretty sure you guys will really like him! You will have the pleasure of seeing this in his videos - I think we share the same sense of humour so enjoooooy!
I thought I would share some direct links to some of his videos here so that you can just click away and be all happy! If I can figure out how to do it, then you will be able to click on the pictures to go to his videos....but I am slightly retarded in doing that...I can code my blog but I can't link a picture...deary me. Turns out you just need to click play as I embedded the video - clever me!
